FEBRUARY 14. 1958: East Londoners will be given their first opportunity of enjoying the thrills of stock car racing, a sport that has swept the country, when the Border Sock Car Association holds its inaugural meeting on the Doug Campbell Circuit, near Meisie's Hal;t, tomorrow afternoon. The Racing circuit, measuring 330 yards, has been constructed by members of the Association in their spare time.
